About HOD Mart

HOD Mart is the retail arm of HOD Media — a Gujarat company that builds and runs online stores for Indian businesses. We opened our own shopfront for a simple reason: we wanted somewhere to buy everyday things that was curated by people rather than dumped by an algorithm, priced honestly, and backed by a team you can actually reach.

What we sell

Nearly ten thousand products across eighteen departments and sixty-plus categories: jewellery and fashion accessories, kitchen and dining, home décor and lighting, storage and cleaning, beauty and personal care, stationery and office, mobile accessories and gadgets, toys and baby, pooja and festive, garden, tools, and a small shelf of gourmet treats. Every category is curated by hand, and every product has passed one test — would we buy it twice?

How we price

The price on the product page is the price you pay. We do not charge GST at present, so no tax is added at checkout; we do not pad a price to fake a discount; and delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more. Prepaid orders earn an automatic saving — ₹100 off over ₹799 and ₹225 off over ₹1,299 — because a prepaid order costs us less to fulfil, and we would rather pass that on than keep it.

How we ship

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within one to two business days; weekend orders leave on Monday. After dispatch, delivery takes six to seven business days within Gujarat and seven to ten business days to other states, with a live tracking link sent the moment your parcel is picked up. Because we send orders for processing immediately, an order cannot be cancelled or changed once it is confirmed — please check your address and items before you pay. If we cannot fulfil an order ourselves, we cancel it and refund you in full.

If something is wrong

You have seven days from delivery to return an item. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we arrange the pickup — you never have to book a courier yourself. Refunds are processed within five to seven business days of the item reaching our warehouse.
