Yes, on most orders. If a pincode or an item is prepaid-only, that is shown at checkout before you confirm — never after.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days; weekend orders go out on Monday. After dispatch, delivery takes 6–7 business days within Gujarat and 7–10 business days to other states. A few pincodes can take up to 15 business days.
No — once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or modified, because we send it for processing immediately. Please check your address, items and contact number before you confirm. If we cannot fulfil an order — an item is out of stock, a pricing error, or your pincode is not serviceable — we cancel it ourselves and refund you in full.
Not on most items. Many products are stocked in several colours and the one dispatched is whichever is in stock on the day. Our photos show a limited selection, so please order expecting colour to vary.
You have 7 days from delivery. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we arrange the pickup — you do not need to book a courier yourself.
No. We are not registered for GST at the moment, so no tax is added at checkout and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice — which means a business buyer cannot claim input credit on a purchase here. Every order still comes with a full itemised invoice. The price on the product page is the price you pay.
