How long does HOD Mart take to deliver? Shipping, tracking and returns explained

Orders are dispatched within one to two business days, and delivered in 6–7 business days after dispatch in Gujarat; 7–10 business days in other states. Weekend orders leave on Monday. Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more, anywhere in India, including Cash on Delivery. A tracking link is sent the moment your parcel is picked up.

How long does delivery actually take?

Two stages, and it helps to think of them separately:

• Dispatch: one to two business days, while we pick and pack. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday leave on Monday.
• Transit: 6–7 business days after dispatch in Gujarat; 7–10 business days in other states.

So a Tuesday order to an address in Gujarat typically arrives inside a fortnight at the outside, and usually well before that. Festival weeks and remote pincodes run slower — that is the courier network, and we would rather say so than quote a number we cannot hold.

How much does delivery cost?

Nothing on orders of ₹499 or more — the offer applies automatically, before any other discount, and Cash on Delivery is included. Below ₹499, the delivery charge for your pincode is shown in the order summary before you pay, never added afterwards.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as the courier collects your parcel we send a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also open any order from your account page on the store.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or modified. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or the delivery pincode is not serviceable — in which case the full amount is refunded.

The reason is simply that we send orders for processing immediately, which is also why they ship quickly. Please check your address and your items before you pay.

What if I want to return something?

You have 7 days from delivery. Message us with your order number and we arrange the pickup — you never have to book a courier yourself. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item reaches our warehouse. The full terms are on our refund policy page.
